All the cars we offer have valid third party liability insurance as well as AC and NW insurance.
If you are interested in long-term rental, please contact us by phone: +48 883 822 100, in the case of rental for a period longer than twelve months, it is possible to negotiate rates and in special cases we can offer the option of buying a car after such a long-term period.
In the case of a one-day rental, an amount of 70% is added to the above rates for the basic fee.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
1. It is possible to deliver the car to another city, please contact us. In the case of long-term rentals, it is possible to negotiate prices, please contact our company by phone. 2. Returning the car with an empty fuel level will result in Carmas charging the equivalent of two times the value of the missing fuel. 3. Returning the car beyond the agreed date will result in charging a contractual penalty in the amount corresponding to three times the daily rate for renting a given car according to the above pricelist for each one-day delay. 4. Substitution and return of cars to the place chosen by the customer in the city where Carmas.pl has its office in the case of car rental for a period longer than 20 days is free. 5. Additional fee for the loss of the guarantee due to the tenant’s fault – PLN 5,500 6. Lifting the deductible in a motor damage – from 1 to 3 days PLN 85 per night, from 4 days PLN 40 per night. 7. Cleaning the interior of the car, after discovering cigarette smoke in the car or smoking residues – PLN 500 8. Fee for losing the car manufacturer’s hubcap – PLN 150 9. Fee for losing the hubcap of a non-company car manufacturer – PLN 75 10. Returning a damaged registration certificate, insurance policy or not returning them at all – PLN 1000 11. Returning the car without an identification sticker on the windshield or without any registration – 1000 PLN 12. Return of the car without a key, car activation card or car alarm remote control – additional fee will be determined as the cost of repair at the authorized car service of the car manufacturer plus 15% Carmas margin 13. Returning the car without the radio panel (in the case of a removable one) – PLN 500 14. Return of the car with missing fixed or movable equipment that was at the time of collecting the car – the cost of repair at an authorized car service point of the car will be added plus a margin of 15% Carmas 15. If the repairs of a car that has been damaged by the customer cause its downtime in the service in order to restore the previous state of the car or its part, for each day of downtime in such service, the Carmas customer will be charged a daily rate for renting the car. 16. Fee for towing other cars in a rented car – PLN 500 17. Providing a person other than the tenant with the car keys, or giving the car to drive – PLN 250 18. Returning the dirty car (from the outside) – PLN 30 19. Returning a dirty car (inside the vehicle upholstery, etc.) – up to PLN 800 20. Leading to the loss or damage to the vehicle (so-called deductible) – loss of the entire deposit. 21. Slight damage to the car from the outside or inside – additional fee determined individually by Carmas.
